On demand IT service maintenance is designed to address the needs of clients that want a responsive, professional, and reliable IT support resource available to them when the need arises, but don’t necessarily need or want an ongoing IT management service. On demand services are priced on an per incident and hourly basis.
We offer ongoing contracted services for our clients with ongoing monitoring, management, support and the planning of your IT systems, as well as support for your employees using those systems. These services are priced on a monthly fee per user or computer used on your staff for unlimited service – not included in the unlimited support are extra projects, additional hardware, or trip charges for long distance support out of the Greenville, SC area.
Server Management plans available includes critical monitoring and maintenance required on a regular basis. All of our plans include remote support. For servers that require additional management, on-site support is also available.
Data backup services are provided as automatic onsite backup and off-site backups securing to protect data at all times.
