How do I open a ticket?
You can submit a support ticket to tech@structuredit.biz or by calling/leaving a voicemail at (864)610-0305 opt. 2. Please include as much detail as you can regarding your request. If submitted over email, you will receive an email confirmation when your ticket is created and another email confirmation when it's been assigned to a technician.
How long does it take to get a response on a ticket?
Our SLA includes a first-response time within 60 minutes for all support plans.
Do you use AI agents (chatbots, etc.)?
We do not use AI for tickets in any way. Our ticketing system uses automated, pre-defined parameters to let you know over email when a ticket is created and when it is assigned. Any other correspondence is with a real, qualified technician. While we understand that technology is always moving forward, we believe that maintaining as much as the human element as possible helps us gain the most understanding with our clients so that we can provide meaningful, effective resolutions.
